French comparison of language teachers’ and mathematics teachers’ views on teaching mathematics in a foreign language



We received only one answer from a language teacher.
We note two differences between subject and language teacher’s answer.
  • To teach mathematics in a foreign language would be helpful for mathematical or language learning, only for pupils who are motivated and with a good academic standard.
  • It seems that necessary skills for teachers to teach abroad would be provided only with exchanges of posts of teachers.
