1. Introductions

1.1. Meeting, Greeting

Good morning / afternoon, everybody. Buongiorno.
Take your seats. Sedetevi.
I want you to stand up. Alzatevi.
Let me introduce myself. Lasciate che mi presenti.
I’m going to be your teacher this week. Questa settimana sarò la vostra insegnante.
I’m a student teacher. Sono un’insegnante in formazione.

1.2. Register

2. Classroom Management

2.1. Arranging the classroom

Put your name cards on your desks. Mettete i cartellini coi vostri nomi sui banchi.

Hurry up so that I can start the lesson. Fate alla svelta così che possa iniziare la lezione.

3.1. Organizing the pupils for work

Come to the front (of the class). Vieni davanti.
